We want you to love your home transformation, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for any unopened and resalable wallpaper rolls. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with labels intact to qualify for a full refund.
Check Your Batch
Verify that all rolls are unopened and in their original cellophane wrapping; we cannot accept returns for rolls that have been cut or pasted.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address, then select the items you wish to send back to us.
Package and Label
Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the downloadable shipping label provided by our portal to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
